Here at OMGextras.com, we offer a limited, but reasonable warranty coverage on all parts that are defective from the factory. In other words, anything that fails, or breaks, as the result of a manufacturer's defect.

Parts Exchange Warranty Period (from Date of purchase):

  • 1 (one) year warranty on motor, lithium batteries, controller and frame.
  • 6 (six) month warranty on non-lithium batteries
  • 90 (ninety) days warranty on any other components/parts.

Parts Refund Warranty Period (from Date of purchase):

  • 14 (fourteen) days on all factory sealed, unused parts.
  • 20% Restocking fee
  • Batteries and controllers are not refundable

Defective parts may be exchanged/returned, at customers expense, with a proper RMA #, obtained by OMGextras.com Customer Service. Any packages sent back without a proper RMA # will be refused/returned at customer's expense.
For exchanges, OMGextras.com will send an identical replacement part back, at customer's expense, once we verify the part is defective.
Depending on the seriousness of the failure, we may ask for a picture of the part(s) in question, before asking for it to be returned, and to also verify warranty information.

Once the warranty claim is approved, we’ll send the replacement part(s) by Canada Post Expedited Service. We cannot guarantee the delivery time due to outside conditions, but in most cases, packages arrive within 24-48 hours.

If the required part(s) are not in stock and must be ordered, an estimated arrival time will be given.
